Eden Hazard is open to leaving Chelsea this summer having conceded he "dreams" of playing for other clubs.

The Belgian has repeatedly been linked with an exit from Stamford Bridge - though jokes the transfer speculation was minimal following last season's disappointing form - and Real Madrid are again reportedly interested.

Karim Benzema talked up Hazard's ability earlier on Monday - the Chelsea star has again been nominated for Player of the Year with 14 goals and five assists this campaign - and the player has responded to the transfer talk.

"When it's not PSG [Paris Saint-Germain], it's Real. Then perhaps it'll be Bayern [Munich]," he told Telefoot. "Bizarrely, last year there was no one!

"There are always personal ambitions to play for other clubs, dreams. But I try to focus on the present.

"As I said, I first have things to finish with Chelsea this year. Then, I'll go on holiday. We'll see after that.

"I have a contract until 2020. For the moment, I'm here, I'm good."
