Eden Hazard cheekily told Thibaut Courtois that his Golden Glove trophy on Sunday was also down to the hard work of the Chelsea team as the Blues' number one was presented with the award at Stamford Bridge.

Courtois beat Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris to the accolade after keeping 16 clean sheets for Antonio Conte's champions this season compared to his Spurs counterpart's 15.

The 25-year-old was subsequently presented with his trophy following Chelsea's 5-1 thrashing of Sunderland on Sunday by his teammate Hazard, who duly took the chance to lightheartedly remind his compatriot that the whole team had also helped him claim the prize.

"Well done my friend but we did it together, not just you, OK?" Hazard said to which Courtois replied: "It's not only up to the goalkeeper to keep clean sheets.

"It is the work of all the team."

Courtois is expected to start when Chelsea take on London rivals Arsenal in the FA Cup final at Wembley on Saturday.

Chelsea manager Conte will likely field his strongest side as the Italian looks to complete the Double in his first season in England.

The former Italy and Juventus boss has already led the west Londoners to the Premier League title with a record-breaking 30 wins, and could match the feats of fellow Italian Carlo Ancelotti who also did the Double in his first year in charge of Chelsea.
