Eden Hazard and N'Golo Kante took the top accolades at Chelsea's end-of-season awards.

The Belgian was crowned the club's Player of the Year, while Kante won the Players' Player of the Year.

Hazard becomes only the second player in the 50-year history of the awards to win the accolade for a third time.

For Kante, his prized caps a stellar debut campaign for the Frenchman at Stamford Bridge, having become the first player to win back-to-back Premier League titles with different clubs, and Kante was also recognised with the Players' Player of the Year award earlier in the evening.

It took Kante's tally to five personal accolades for the season having already been named Premier League, Professional Footballers Association and Football Writers' Player of the Year and crowned the capital’s top Premier League star at the London Football Awards earlier this season.

On winning the award, Kante said: "To be chosen by the other players is something special, I want to thank them."

Earlier in the evening, Eden Hazard's fine solo effort against Arsenal was voted goal of the season, the Belgian's second consecutive win in the category after last season's strike against Tottenham. Michael Ballack presented Hazard with the award.

Emma Hayes was named Chelsea Ladies Player of the Year while Mason Mount won Young Player of the Year, while John Terry and assistant coach Steve Holland - who both leave the Bridge this summer - were given Special Recognition awards.
