Edinburgh Christmas Market visitor's hilarious reaction to terrifying ride
An Edinburgh tourist has shared the moment he decided to take on a scary ride at the Christmas markets.
Posting the moment on TikTok, Connor asked himself "what are we getting ourselves into?" before getting strapped in for the famous Star Flyer attraction.
The Christmas market has seen thousands of tourists and locals flock to the city centre to take in the festivities with the Star Flyer gaining a lot of attention. Customers are spun around the ride from top to bottom while taking in birds-eye views of the capital.

However, many fear the attraction due to it towering over the Scott Monument making it a stomach-churning experience for many.
Sharing his experience on social media, Connor repeatedly said "I don't want to do this" before continuously screaming while the ride spun the pair round.
He said: "What are we getting ourselves into? Mate, I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this anymore. Oh no."
As the ride starts he begins laughing in sheer belief and says "it's so cold" while his eyes remain shut.
The clip gained over 13,000 views and collected many comments from people who wanted to share their thoughts on the attraction.
One person said: "I was going to go on it but when we looked up from the ground we felt sick."
Another comment reads: "How are so many brave enough to bring their phones so high up."
One person simply said: "It's dangerous'".
