The Eras Tour is set to Edinburgh very soon, with Taylor Swift taking to the stage for three nights at Murrayfield.

The Fearless singer has been touring the globe since March, with an impressive 44 track set-list. The wait for Scottish Swifties is nearly over, after a "great war" for tickets.

Some excited fans have also expressed concerns as the dates approach as they issue a desperate plea to others, reports the Daily Record.

Fans of the Cruel Summer star have begged other concert goers to not camp out ahead of the popstar's concerts.

Murrayfield Stadium have warned fans not to camp around the venue with a statement on their website which reads: "Scottish Gas Murrayfield is situated in an industrial and residential area that isn’t suitable for overnight camping or anyone queuing too far in advance of the gates opening.

"Therefore, we ask that anyone attending the shows only arrives at the venue at the time advertised on their ticket, on the day of their show.

"Please note that access for this concert is different from previous concerts, so queuing, and access is not the same as previous shows held at Scottish Gas Murrayfield."

Despite this advice, some fans still seem to be worried that others will break the rule and have admitted they are feeling anxious about the queuing situation in the build up to the gigs.

TikTok user @bl0ndiesbitch took to the social media platform to directly address Edinburgh swifties in a viral video which now has 57k views.

She said: "I'm putting it out there. We're not camping. We are NOT camping.

"We're grown adults, you are not sitting up all night, sitting on a patch of grass waiting to get into the concert. It is not happening."

According to the user, who goes by the name Rhiannon, the line to get into the first of Swift's gigs at Murrayfield on Friday June 9 starts at 10am.

She added: "You will not catch me the night before standing, if I go onto Twitter and I see that someone has started the line at midnight the day before. Go home!

"Actually go home. Go sleep in your own bed, you do not need to be there!"

Other swifties flocked to the comments to give their views as one wrote: "PLEASE no camping. I'm no turning up anytime before 11am" alongside two crying face emojis.

Another wrote: "I am so pleased I have seats lol" while a third reassured: "Front right standing also I'll be getting lunch and going in after 1pm!"

TikTok user @lisasliftingclub has also begged Edinburgh swifties to make a 'pact not to camp' as she pleaded: "I haven't got the energy so lets all be chill yeah???"

Some fans were quick to remind her about Murrayfield's no camping statement but Lisa hit back that this hasn't stopped fans doing it before.

Referring to Harry Styles' gig at Murrayfield in May last year, she said: "Apparently people still did it for Harry! So I don't hold out much hope for Taylor."

Murrayfield Stadium have also asked fans who don't have tickets to the show to not turn up to the venue to avoid disruption to the local residents and businesses.

On their website it states: "No one is allowed to stand outside the gates, or at the tram stop and will be moved on."

Doors will open at 3pm for those with VIP tickets which grants them early entry and all other ticketholders will be able to enter the stadium at 4pm.
