Edinburgh police say it's 'vital' they find missing man 'as soon as possible'
An Edinburgh man has been reported missing, with police growing "increasingly concerned" for his welfare.
Aydin Dogan, 42, was last seen in Portobello on Friday afternoon. Officers have described him as around five foot ten inches, of a medium build with short black and grey hair.
He has an English accent, and was las seen wearing a white t-shirt and dark trousers. Police have said it is "vital" that Aydin is found.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We are appealing for help to trace Aydin Dogan, 42, who has been reported missing from Edinburgh.
"Aydin was last seen in the Portobello area around 4pm on Friday, September 6. He is described as around 5ft 10in tall, of medium build, short grey/black hair, a grey/black beard and has an English accent. When Aydin was last seen he was wearing a dark jacket, white t-shirt, dark trousers and black and white trainers.

"Officers are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare and are appealing for help from the public to trace him."
Inspector Sean McGarvey, Craigmillar Police Station, said: “It’s vital we trace Aydin as soon as possible to ensure he is safe and well.

“If you think you’ve seen Aydin since Friday afternoon or have any information on his whereabouts, please get in touch with us. Aydin, if you see this appeal, please contact police so we can make sure you’re okay.”
