Additional dishes, including Peking Duck Pancakes, Caramel Soy Aged Steak Fillet, and Chinese Green Beans, are available for an extra charge.

"A vegetarian brunch menu is also on offer with a variety of dishes such as Wild Mushroom and Black Truffle Spring Rolls and Kung Po Tofu."

Guests will be able to "indulge" in 90 minutes of free-flowing cocktails from an "extravagant" menu. Tattu continued: "Choose from the refreshing Tiger Essence, blending sloe gin, blueberry, and pineapple, or the Cherry Highball with tequila, cherry, soda, and lime.
