British rock legends The Darkness are set to hit Edinburgh, as they embark on a "huge" UK tour.
The band confirmed their Dreams on Toast tour will be coming to the Usher Hall in March, reports My London. They'll also hit Glasgow, Manchester, London, Liverpool, Bristol and other cities.
General sale will be released at 10am on September 27, with pre-sale out on September 25. Posting to their website, the band said: "Dreams On Toast UK Tour Announced for March 2025!

How to buy The Darkness tickets
The Darkness is holding a presale event from O2 Priority from Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at 10am. These tickets are exclusive to fans who have subscriptions to the O2 mobile phone network.
If you don't have an O2 network subscription plan, you can sign up on their website.
The Darkness tickets will be released on general onsale from Friday, September 27, 2024, at 10am. These tickets do not require any special access or codes.

The Darkness frontman Justin Hawkins spoke obliquely about the band's upcoming album, Dreams on Toast, which is due to hit store shelves in March. He said: "You know that thing when God’s breath tickles your soul and tells you to create? Yeah, makes me giggle too. But you can’t resist.
"God might not be the power she once was, but say what you like about her, she knows damn well that what the world needs now, is rock sweet rock. And who are we, mere mortals of extraordinary ability, to argue with the divine?
"So we knuckled down and thought really hard about the best of the best, the elite songs, the life-changing music of the ages. Then we popped out a dozen bangers before lunch. And these bangers we present to you here, wallowing in an aromatic aural ragu, served atop the charred remains of our envious contemporaries… ladies and gentlemen, I give you Dreams On Toast!"
