El Perro Negro launches limited-edition festive burger 'The Big G'

The holidays are here, and Glasgow burger experts El Perro Negro have announced their latest mouth watering festive special.

Launching on Monday, December 2, The Big G is El Perro Negro’s decadent holiday tribute: a juicy double smash burger stacked with gooey burger cheese, rich marrow butter, sweet caramelised onions, house pickles, and finished with generous lashings of rich bone marrow gravy. It’s an indulgent burger feast guaranteed to get you in the holiday mood.

And yes, the team at ELP have confirmed the "G" stands for gravy—because it’s not a proper celebration without lashings of it.

Priced at £14, The Big G will be available at their Glasgow restaurant for sit-in and collection only until Christmas. But ELP suggest you don’t wait too long — because this festive favourite is sure to be as popular as previous years.

The “Best Burger in the UK” at the National Burger Awards in 2019 and 2021 winners, El Perro Negro's festive specials are always a big hit.
