At least three people were killed and 31 injured as strikes hit Kharkiv in the early morning of Monday, July 11, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration said.
Oleg Synegubov said a 16-year-old and a four-year-old were among the injured, citing information from the region’s Center for Emergency Medical Assistance.
