Emergency services scramble on Edinburgh city centre after 'medical emergency'
Edinburgh emergency services raced to a 'medical emergency' in the city centre on Friday afternoon.
Around 12.40pm on November 29, paramedics swooped on St Andrew Square with two ambulances spotted at the scene.
Edinburgh Trams previously warned passengers St Andrew Square and Princes Street were closed due to the emergency with their services running "part route".

The exact nature of the incident is unknown at this time.
One concerned passer-by said: "I was just walking past and saw the ambulances there. The screen at the tram stop said it was a medical emergency so I just hope everyone is alright."
The Scottish Ambulance Service have been approached for comment.
