Emmerdale confirms Cain's reaction to Tom King's abuse – and fans say 'it's the end'
Emmerdale fans are convinced that Tom King's days are numbered after Cain Dingle learned of Belle's abuse at his hands.
In the gripping episode aired on Friday (September 6), Charity broke the news to Cain about the harrowing abuse Belle suffered from her estranged husband, Tom. She revealed the extent of the physical and mental torment Belle had been subjected to, which had gone unnoticed by those around her.
A furious Cain was ready to confront Tom immediately, but at Belle's insistence, Charity implored him to refrain. The episode concluded with a tense encounter between Cain and Tom on Main Street, where a silent exchange of looks hinted that Tom realised something was amiss.
As the storyline intensifies, viewers took to social media to predict Tom's downfall. One fan posted: "Tom. Dead. Man. Walking. Brilliant," reports the Express.

Another commented: "Nervous Tom? Well, you should be, you're going to need to keep awake, they're coming for you."
A third remarked: "Your days are numbered now Tom Charity and Cain are on the case."
One more viewer expressed: "I'm kinda sorry that Cain didn't lay into Tom, but the look Tom got was pretty good. Tom has seemed scared of Cain in the past and with just one look he should be sh***ing himself! Love it!"
One fan stated: "Tom's downfall officially starts here, messing with the Dingles? Otherwise known as signing his death warrant in other words. Totally s**t himself when Cain walked past, thinks he's untouchable but he's defo underestimating Mama bear Charity and protective Big Bro Cain."
Another viewer expressed relief that Tom's comeuppance seems near, saying: "I can now watch #emmerdale again... Just saying!" I was getting more and more angry watching the Belle and Tom storyline that I had to take a break from watching the only soap I really watch...Started watching again yesterday and the acting by Belle and Charity was award-worthy."
Meanwhile, after breaking free from Tom, Belle is still on his mind. He has moved on to date Amelia, aiming to spark jealousy in Belle.
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV1.
