Yahoo News Emmerdale confirms emotional Christmas plot for Bob

Emmerdale airs emotional scenes for Bob Hope this Christmas as his attempts to pay tribute to his late son Heath go wrong.
The ITV soap delves back into Bob's grief as he prepares to face his first Christmas since Heath's tragic death.
16-year-old Heath lost his life on New Year's Eve last year while on a joyride with his twin sister Cathy and their friend Angelica King.
Angelica was later revealed to be the teen who was driving at the time of the crash. She was ultimately sentenced to eight months in a Secure Children's Home after coming clean to the police.

When Angelica returned home to the village recently, Bob selflessly held out an olive branch to welcome her back.
In the run-up to Christmas, Bob decides to organise a festive carol concert in Heath's memory.
Several of the villagers get involved to pay their respects to Heath, but tensions soon start to overshadow the special day.
Wendy Posner and Brenda Walker bicker their way through the concert, causing a scene when everyone should be focusing on happy memories of Heath.

Bob is furious over their disrespectful behaviour and makes his feelings clear, but can he get the event back on track?
Heath's exit marked the end of an era for the Hope family, as young actor Sebastian Dowling bowed out from the role he'd played since being a newborn baby.
Tony Audenshaw, who plays Bob, said at the time: "It is hard to say goodbye, really, because he's always been here. There were great stretches of time when Heath and Cathy weren't used at all and they'd be in like twice a year.
"It's always difficult for young actors – any actors – when you have a few months off, you always come back rusty and you think: 'Can I still do it?' You always feel a bit awkward.
"I think it's probably more difficult for kids coming back in when they're not used much. We all get on dead well and it's going to be quite an emotional time."
