Emmerdale double exit 'sealed' as fans 'work out' two villagers are killed in heartbreaking twist
Emmerdale fans are braced for a shocking plot twist, with speculation rife that an unexpected death could rock the village, and it might not necessarily be Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) or Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley). Following a terrifying barn explosion, with the pair inside, their fate has been left hanging in the balance as flames consumed the building.
While the possibility of Moira and Cain being killed off has viewers on edge, some theorise this could be a red herring. Predictions are circulating that two other characters might succumb to smoke-related injuries in a tragic post-fire twist, having initially appeared to escape the blaze unscathed.
Amid these theories, characters Ruby Milligan (Beth Cordingly) and Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) have been suggested as potential victims.
"I think someone will die of smoke inhalation possibly Mack or Ruby," one viewer suggested while another concerned fan added: "Better not be Ruby," reports the Mirror.

In the midst of the drama, there's also talk among fans that Nate Robinson, played by departing actor Jurell Carter, could perish despite not being seen at the site of the fire but was last present on the farm in Monday's episode, prompting whispers of an unforeseen demise.
Viewers are abuzz with speculation about the fate of Nate on the show, fearing he might be written out in a dramatic turn of events after a fire. One fan took to social media to express their anxiety: "Where is Nate please do not kill off Nate?"
Another voiced their apprehension, posting: "Where was Nate? Wasn't he off to see Moira? was he hiding in a petrol can?"
Meanwhile, a third suggested a grim outcome: "Nate will die a hero in the fire, and Cain will be utterly wracked with guilt over disowning him."
One more viewer shared their theory: "I know it hasn't shown him tonight but I fully think Nate is in the barn."
Emmerdale airs weekdays at 7.30pm on ITV.
