Emmerdale explains Moira's health scare after fire scenes
Emmerdale spoilers follow.
Emmerdale has explained Moira Dingle's health scare following this week's fire scenes.
After weeks of unusual behaviour, Moira became trapped in the barn due to a scuffle with sister-in-law Ruby Fox-Miligan.
Moira had fired off a shotgun blast as a warning, but this sparked a blaze that engulfed the barn. Cain was shown trying to save Moira, but a huge explosion in Wednesday's (September 11) episode threatened their lives.
In Thursday's (September 12) double bill, Moira and Cain made it out of the burning barn and were being tended to by medics.
The soap cut back to the hospital later in the episode, where Cain ordered Moira to tell him the truth about what's been going on with her.

"I could say that it's menopause, but everything I've been doing, I'm scared that it's more than that," she admitted. "You say that you don't know me. Neither do I. This, this isn't me."
Moira told Cain that she'd had a hallucination that her nemesis Emma Barton was in the barn before she attacked Ruby.
"She was right there. It was like she was alive," Moira recalled.
Cain questioned whether they could ever work things out, only for Moira to go into another seizure. The doctors were able to stabilise Moira, though Cain was deeply shaken.
After Moira underwent a scan, she broke down in Cain's arms. The couple ultimately received grave news that Moira's scan had discovered a mass on her brain.
"It makes sense. The things I've been saying, the way I've been behaving, the things I've done. I told you it wasn't me," Moira realised.

Near the end of the episode, Cain met up with Caleb outside the hospital, where he found out Moira had knocked out Ruby with the handle of her shotgun before the fire broke out.
Cain returned to a sleeping Moira's bedside and held her hand as the episode came to an end…
