Emmerdale fans spot telling 'clue' Eric Pollard is going to be 'killed off' after 38 years
Emmerdale viewers have been left fearing for Eric Pollard (Chris Chittell) after his health appeared to take a dramatic turn for the worst on Monday (November 11) as he clashed with Caleb Miligan (William Ash).
During the latest trip to the village, Eric was left fuming as Caleb's new haulage firm is causing an increase in local traffic thanks to the businessman's new depot. When Eric visited Caleb to give him a piece of his mind, he wasn't taken seriously, leaving him furious.
Taking a stand, Eric then climbed into one of Caleb's lorries, and in a state of stress, he began to suffer hand tremors. Caleb tried to bribe him with cash before Eric lost control and accidentally reversed the vehicle into a delivery.

Will Taylor (Dean Andrews) tried to help Eric who is left shaken and struggling to calm down. "I'm shaking with laughter", Eric furiously tells Will who tries to help him out of the driver's cab.
Later in the episode, Eric is clearly still suffering from tremors and in shock when Caleb confronts him at the shop. Caleb warns Eric to leave his business alone as he delivers a warning.
"Stay away from my depot, and wind your neck in or I will," Caleb states as Eric looks on in anguish.
Following Eric's clash with Caleb, Emmerdale fans have been left fearing for his health with some predicting his death after 38 years in the village.
Taking to X, one fan wrote: "Don’t like Eric getting bad when it’s nearly Christmas. Don’t want a Christmas death #Emmerdale."
A second predicted: "Eric is gonna die next year #Emmerdale."
A third pointed out: "Eric struggling with his Parkinson’s", followed by a sad face emoji.
"Why is the grave next to Val Omg Not Eric #Emmerdale," asked another.
