Meena makes a big mistake

Murderous Meena may seem cunning and calculated, but she’s fast developing a tendency to incriminate herself at inopportune moments. Mere weeks after dropping her victim Leanna’s ring right by grieving dad Liam, she’s at it again, this time with a paperweight that she’s swiped from Victoria’s.

What we’ll see is Meena breaking into the property to mess with Vic’s things and grabbing hold of the heavy implement just as the owner arrives home. The village killer has every intention of using it but her phone buzzes at the wrong time and Victoria realises that someone is in her house.

After dashing out and calling the police, Victoria ends up briefing PC Swirling on the break-in. But Meena is soon arousing suspicion when – in a desperate bid to keep her eye on Vic – she refuses to accompany Manpreet on a mercy dash to Ibiza, where Aiesha is in hospital after suddenly falling ill.

But just as David is trying to convince Meena that she needs to be there for her sister, the paperweight falls out of her bag and thuds onto the floor. Will Meena be able to cover her actions once again?

Ryan arouses suspicion

Matty finds Ryan’s counterfeit aftershave and decides to confront him in scenes to be shown next Wednesday.

But Charity, who is herself no stranger to dodgy deals, starts to suspect that the two of them are up to something and can’t help but interfere…

Will Ethan reveal his HIV worries to dad Charles?

Ethan’s panic is set to mount when Eddy reveals that his test results have confirmed that he’s HIV positive. Concerned about his own impending results, the local lawyer starts to find it hard to mask his worries and it isn’t long before dad Charles is starting to fret about his son’s low mood.

Not wanting to reveal what’s going on, Ethan makes an attempt to cover and pretends that his apprehensive state is down to work-related matters. But it seems only a matter of time before Ethan buckles under the strain and confides in his father about what’s been going on.

Tracy’s disappearing act sparks big concern

Viewers wondering how long it would be before an on-the-edge Tracy gets the help she so desperately needs will breathe a big sigh of relief when a perceptive Faith comes to her rescue.

The upcoming drama finds Faith clocking the new mum’s incoherent train of thought during a chat at the bus stop. And when Tracy subsequently vanishes, Faith involves herself in the search, having a hunch as to where the missing villager might be.

In the end, Faith finds a spaced-out Tracy sitting by her dad’s tree and, in an emotional heart to heart, discovers all about her paranoia and delusions. Faith is convinced that what Tracy has is postnatal depression, so is this finally the moment that assistance arrives?
