Emmerdale spoilers: Kyle’s sinister behaviour worries Matty, Vinny starts gambling
Kyle’s memorial to Al raises eyebrows on Emmerdale next week, while Vinny takes up poker – but is he about to encounter trouble?

Chloe reveals her secret
Moira and Amy are both back from Belfast – but they’re returning to a lot of drama. First, there’s an upset Matty, who’s annoyed that Kyle’s secret was kept from him. Amy’s response is to insist that her and Matty’s relationship is over, and that Kyle must now be her priority.

Amy also finds herself contending with Chloe, who still believes that Moira was the one secretly seeing Al. Amy orders Chloe to shut down her investigation for Kerry’s sake before asking her to move out.
But with nowhere else to turn, Chloe ends up informing her sister that she’s pregnant. So will Amy change her mind as regards Chloe? And might she also end up reconciling with Matty?
Moira wants to know the truth
Moira, meanwhile, pays a visit to the prison to see Cain and expresses her worry at how quickly their secret is spreading.

But when she raises the idea of finding Al’s real mistresses, Cain keeps quiet about the fact that it was Chas. All of which leaves Moira unaware that her husband already knows the identity of Al’s mystery woman.
Kyle’s behaviour causes concern
When Matty finds a collection of rocks placed in the middle of the barn, he realises that Kyle has created a memorial for Al. Concern mounting, he starts to fret that it’s too soon for the youngster to return to school.
Yet despite these worries, Matty, along with Moira and Amy, will be seen trying to feign an air of normality as they prepare Kyle to head back to his lessons. But their anxiety is palpable…
Vinny turns to gambling
Vinny is cheered up when he thrashes Jimmy at an impromptu game of poker. But their card-playing is soon attracting attention, with Will, Ryan, David, Mack and a newcomer by the name of Darren all joining in the fun.
But when Jimmy lets slip to Mandy what’s going on, she accuses Vinny of turning into his father. But it seems that Vinny won’t be deterred and, the next day, he and Mack meet up to discuss strategy in the café. But are things destined to spiral out of control? And might these poker sessions end in tears?
Gabby v Dawn
Kim has a new stud farm project in the planning stages and offers Dawn a job-share with Gabby, which puts the latter’s nose out of joint.
But when Dawn turns the opportunity down, it’s Will who Kim blames as she chides him for not pushing is daughter to reach her full potential. Rhona, meanwhile, points out to Dawn how invaluable she’s been of late at the surgery.
By the week’s end, though, Kim has suggested to Dawn and Gabby that they shadow her for a few months, with the best candidate then getting the job outright. Who will win this Home Farm fight?
Choir wars
Charles wants the younger generation to join the choir, but his efforts initially meet with little success. But when Ethan suggests to his dad that he modernise the choir, Charles ends up with both April and Cathy battling for a spot.
The teens are already acting frostily with each other due to boy trouble, but things come to a head after Cathy has a panic attack while watching Ethan belt out a Mariah Carey hit on stage. April can’t help but be concerned as she witnesses Cathy break down…
Bernice is struggling
Following the diagnosis that she’s going through the menopause, Bernice is clearly struggling with the symptoms. And despite a show of support from Gabby and Rhona, Bernice is in need of more and expresses regrets about quitting her job.
Eventually, Laurel and Bear convince Bernice to swallow her pride and ask Mandy if she can come back to the salon. But will Bernice be successful in her efforts?
