Split for Mackenzie and Charity
After Charity heads off for Moses and Johnny’s play date, Ryan will be seen receiving a call to tell him that his adoptive mum Irene had died. After confiding in Mackenzie, he decides to contact Charity, but she’s deep in conversation with Vanessa and rejects the call.
Eventually, Charity discovers all about the tragic death after Mackenzie blurts out the news. But she’s just annoyed at him for not telling her sooner. Pretty soon, Charity has realised that she’s upset both Mack and Ryan, and that even Vanessa is despairing of her bad behaviour.

The trouble is, the showdown sends Mackenzie into a tailspin and he ends up hitting the bottle. And after Charity spots him in a drunken state from across the road, Mack makes a pass at Dawn out of spite.
The attempted kiss results in Charity and Mackenzie then breaking up. But how will Mack react when Vanessa tells him that Charity was actually intending to apologise before she saw him making his ill-judged move on Dawn?
Meena plans vengeance
Billy wants to marry Dawn as quickly as is possible, and the bride-to- be is so excited that she ends up posting a Save the Date announcement on her socials.
But as they plan their future, the pair are ignorant of the fact that, in a park, Meena is seething at the sight of Dawn’s update. And it seems that the notorious killer has revenge very much on her mind.
Vinny’s big lie
With Manpreet’s recollections hazy at best, it’s left to DS Rogers to inform Vinny that, due to a lack of concrete evidence, Liv isn’t going to be released from prison.
Reeling from the news, Vinny then makes a startling request of Manpreet: could she lie to the investigating officers in order to get Liv freed?
The next day, Liv informs Vinny that a court hearing has been requested due to some new evidence having come to light. She also asks him to put in a call to Aaron to tell him what’s going on.
Excitement then grows that Liv might end up being released. But the mood is soon soured when Chas reveals that Aaron won’t be coming home. Vinny, though, is fearful that if Liv discovers that her sibling is a no-show, then she’ll once again turn to drink. So he ends up lying to her on the day of her hearing and makes out that Aaron is definitely on his way.
Jacob gets help with his anger issues
The police are packing up their investigation van and DS Rogers is seen telling both Liam and Jacob that Meena may well have left the country.
It’s news that leaves Jacob feeling annoyed and he storms off, much to the concern of Leyla who later finds him sitting by Leanna’s grave. After trying to work out what David would do were he not overseas, Leyla comes up a plan to help Jacob deal with his mounting anger. But will her scheme work?
