Yahoo News Emmerdale star Jeff Hordley responds to Caleb mystery

Emmerdale star Jeff Hordley has hinted that he has some top-secret knowledge of Caleb Miligan's hidden agenda.
Jeff's character Cain Dingle had his world turned upside-down at Christmas when his long-lost brother Caleb arrived back on the scene after 30 years of absence. Former Waterloo Road star Will Ash has taken on the role.
Caleb's mysterious behaviour has kept Emmerdale fans guessing in recent weeks, especially in his scenes at Home Farm.

A few weeks ago, Caleb told Cain that he was worming his way in at Home Farm in order to play the long game and claim it all for himself. However, Caleb's cryptic phone calls to a mystery contact have suggested that he's not telling Cain the full story.
Speaking about Caleb's secret in a recent chat with TV Times, Jeff teased: "I'm not 100% sure [what it is], but I've got an inkling – and no, I'm not going to tell you what it is!
"I'm just thrilled to have a good friend on board in Will. I think the character has got a lot of gravitas, and Will is a fantastic actor."

Asked what's in store for Cain in the coming months, Jeff replied: "More stuff with Caleb, and hopefully a bit of harmony for Cain and Moira.
"We don't have many couples in the show that are true to each other, and it's nice to see a bit of stability.
"It would be nice to stay away from affairs and stuff. But I'm not a producer or a writer, and the beauty of being in a show like this is there's always a new challenge to play."
Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX.
