Emmerdale’s Lisa Riley is ‘so proud’ as she issued an emotional announcement. The soap star has confirmed that she is teaming up with Strictly Come Dancing judge Anton Du Beke to work on a project close to their hearts.

The pair are set to host a live show together in honour of late friend and co-star Robin Windsor following his heartbreaking death earlier this year.

The former Strictly professional dancer was found dead in February in a hotel room at the age of 44. Robin joined the BBC hit dance competition in 2010 and was paired with EastEnders star Patsy Kensit. Lisa, who is well known for her role as Mandy Dingle was paired with Robin in 2012 and they almost made it the whole way but finished in 5th place.
