Emmerdale star Mimi Slinger's stunning transformation three years after being killed off soap
Former Emmerdale actress Mimi Slinger has undergone a stunning transformation since leaving the ITV soap, looking almost unrecognisable in her latest glamorous makeover.
Mimi is best known for her role as Leanna Cavanagh on the popular show. The 21 year old joined the cast in 2018, but her character was shockingly killed off in 2021 by villain Meena Jutla, played by Paige Sandhu.
Off-screen, the soap star's life is thankfully less dramatic than that of her character. She regularly updates her 71,300 Instagram followers about her burgeoning career in the entertainment industry.
In a recent Instagram Story, Mimi shared a beautiful photo where she looked completely different from her former soap character.
The actress wore a textured cut-out long-sleeved top and a black leather mini-skirt, posing with one arm leaning against a wall, reports the Mirror.

It's been three years since Mimi last appeared on Emmerdale, after her character Leanna was murdered by serial killer Meena, marking the beginning of a lengthy storyline that saw several village residents meet their end.
When her final scenes aired, the budding model revealed plans to pursue a modelling career and explore her musical talents following her departure from the soap.
For her new look, Mimi opted for a simple yet stylish hairstyle, pulling her hair back into a ponytail. She completed her dazzling appearance with flawless makeup, including dark eyeliner and blush lipstick.
Since her departure, Mimi has been involved in various projects including short films such as Path to Ecstasy and the miniseries Masters of the Air. However, modelling and Instagram have become significant aspects of her career.
The actress set her sights on a life beyond Emmerdale and signed with Storm Management last year, joining the ranks of supermodels like Cindy Crawford.
Despite her enthusiasm for modelling, Mimi revealed to Inside Soap in 2022 that she intends to continue pursuing acting roles on television.
Mimi has been in a relationship with singer and TV presenter HRVY since 2021.
