Emmerdale star Olivia Bromley suggests change for Dawn
Emmerdale actor Olivia Bromley has revealed that she'd love the ITV soap to introduce a change for her character Dawn Taylor.
Dawn has been involved in some pretty serious stories over the years, including her battle with drug addiction, and being homeless. Currently, she's involved in Billy Fletcher's illegal boxing ring storyline, and it looks like her relationship with husband Billy is currently on the rocks.
Speaking to Inside Soap magazine, Bromley has called for some lighter storylines for Dawn.

"I've always thought it would be nice for Dawn to display a different side of herself, which could be shown by working behind the bar, or doing some more comedy, maybe alongside Charity and Chas," she said.
"Because that is a totally different thing to play, where you could see her just commenting on the action.
"But she'd probably be the most grumpy barmaid!"
The actor also joked that she cannot stand Dawn's outfits, explaining that: "I hate Dawn's wardrobe with a passion! It depresses me — I can't lie!

"I wish she could be as glamorous as Kim Tate. Unfortunately, I'm saddled with drab jumpers. But it says a lot about her — she's not thinking about how she looks. There used to be this big fluffy black coat I wore for years and years — the iconic Dawn coat.
"But it's horrible! She can't wear that any more. I would love them to put some make-up on me."
Bromley also teased some more tests coming up for Dawn and Billy's relationship, as the risky boxing storyline continues.
"They have to overcome some of the biggest challenges that any couple would ever face, and that's on top of a very sick child," she said. "There's some huge Home Farm drama coming. The dynamics are explosive."
Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX.
