In recent days, Emmerdale fans have gone into panic mode amid rumours that Adam Thomas is quitting the soap after eight years.
Adam has since played down all the talk, which includes claims put forward by a tabloid that he's planning to front his own show after winning new fans on I'm a Celebrity.
However, the star has now admitted that while he hasn't got any chat show plans, he would not entirely rule it out.
"It's all tongue in cheek," he told the Manchester Evening News. "I don't know where these rumours come from, but if I have got a talk show, I certainly don't know about it!
"I'm happy that rumour is out there though, in case anyone picks it up. I'd be great hosting a talk show."
He added that he has some "good storylines coming up on Emmerdale", so don't count on him leaving anytime soon.
Following the original reports, Adam tweeted: "Don't believe everything you read, people," adding: "In other news who wants to be a guest on my new show?"
Last year, the soap star came third on I'm a Celebrity, and later denied he was planning to leave Emmerdale to pursue a Hollywood career.
"No, I'm not!" he said of rumours. "Sorry, no! I love Emmerdale, I really love Emmerdale."
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
