Emmerdale spoilers follow.

Amelia Spencer continues to face difficult decisions over her pregnancy in Emmerdale.

Last week, Amelia was stunned to find out during a hospital evaluation that she is expecting a baby. The teen has barely had time to process the life-changing news because she's been a target for Gabby.

Gabby is still furious at Amelia for dropping baby Thomas during a fainting spell and then lying about it.

In Tuesday's episode, Amelia went off to visit her doctor by herself while dad Dan was left behind in the village to fill a stunned Charity in on his daughter's secret visits to Noah in prison.

"Whatever's going on between them two, I'm going to find out and put a stop to it," Dan insisted.

Later, Charity confronted Amelia to find out the reason behind the secret visits to Noah, only for the bombshell to be dropped that her son will be released in a few days.

At her doctor's appointment, Amelia discussed consent as part of a discussion about safeguarding. While the doctor encouraged her to confide in someone she trusted, a tearful Amelia insisted there was no one.

"I just need to stop it from happening," Amelia explained.

An ultrasound revealed that Amelia was a candidate for abortion and could be booked for the next day if she wanted. After more encouragement to speak to a loved one, Amelia met up with Kerry at the chapel but didn't end up sharing anything.

After Kerry left, Amelia broke down in the chapel: "You can't help, no one can."

Will Amelia open up to her loved ones?
