Emmerdale's Bear Wolf makes a big mistake in upcoming scenes when he kisses Mandy Dingle.

Bear's son Paddy has been struggling with his mental health in recent weeks, so he plans to head off on a relaxing fishing holiday to try and clear his head.

The father-son duo have a catch up as Paddy prepares to leave the village, but a misunderstanding between them sets off an incredibly awkward love triangle.

Paddy has recently shared a few one-off nights with his ex-wife Mandy, following his split from Chas Dingle.

However, Paddy is unaware that his father is harbouring feelings for Mandy, while Bear misunderstands their talk and thinks he’s gotten Paddy's permission to pursue her.

Later on, Bear finishes receiving his treatment at the salon and decides to invite Mandy out for lunch.

The pair enjoy a nice meal together, but Bear once again misreads the situation and leans in for a kiss. Mandy is stunned by this and rushes away, leaving an embarrassed Bear to contemplate his actions.

Later, when Mandy and Bear discuss the kiss, Mandy confesses her feelings for Paddy. Bear tells her to admit her feelings to the man himself, so she arrives at the Tenant's to do so.

However, shortly after Mandy tells Paddy how she feels, he discovers that her father kissed her. How will Paddy react?

Paddy recently moved out of The Woolpack and in with Liam Cavanagh after splitting from Chas, but the separate living arrangements are proving to be difficult for the former couple's young daughter, Eve.

Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX.
