Emmerdale's Cain and Caleb face a surprising turning point

Emmerdale spoilers follow.

Emmerdale's Cain Dingle and Caleb Miligan face a possible reconciliation next week, as the brothers begin to put the past behind them.

Viewers know that the relationship between the pair was damaged when Caleb's true identity was exposed along with his plot to take over Home Farm.

Recently, Caleb has been trying to make amends for involving Cain and Moira in his plot by secretly giving Cain business through his chauffeur company.

In scenes set to air this week, the illegal activity going on at Caleb's business comes to a head when Nate tips Caleb off that employee Corey is shifting illegal guns. Caleb later suffers a beating at the hands of ruthless businessman Harry as he attempts to gain control of the spiralling situation.

Next week, Caleb tries to broker peace between Cain and Nate Robinson, and create a fresh start for his company at the same time, by offering them a surprising business proposal.

Caleb suggests turning his chauffeur company into a shared family enterprise between the three men. While Nate is keen on the idea, it's clear that Cain is hesitant at the thought of working with his brother.

While Caleb's business proposal may have fallen flat, he has cause for celebration as he is officially welcomed into the Dingle family – and even has a drink from the Dingle welly.

As the family party draws to a close, Chas is delighted to see Cain and Caleb working together to tidy up. Cain begins to thaw, and Caleb is pleased when Cain suggests that he'll think about going into business together.

The next day, Cain and Caleb have a catch-up, and Cain even ropes Caleb into giving him a hand working at the garage. Is this a fresh start for the two brothers?
