Emmerdale's Caleb Miligan threatens to "destroy" Nicky in shock scene

Caleb Miligan has threatened to "destroy" his son Nicky in a shocking Emmerdale scene. In Thursday's (May 18) double bill, Caleb finally figured out the reason Nicky has been trying to get out of marrying Gabby is because he's gay and has a boyfriend.
The father-and-son duo have been secretly scheming to get their hands on Kim Tate's money, since Caleb is the long-lost son of her ex-husband Frank Tate.
Caleb continued his dodgy dealings in the latest episode as he tried to convince sister-in-law Moira and brother Cain to sell the farm to Kim Tate as a way to alleviate their financial problems.

While Moira was not at all thrilled about the prospect of selling the farm to Kim, she finally did ask for Kim to make an offer on the property.
Caleb then went to work with his contact Adrian where he was given USB sticks that he could use to install malware on the Home Farm computers. This would allow Caleb to steal all of Kim's passwords — and thus gain access to her most sensitive financial files.
Caleb already knows that Kim hid money when Frank died and now has a means to access it without Kim even knowing about it. However, he had to deal with a more urgent problem since his son Nicky was once again wavering on actually tying the knot with Gabby.
"I don't think I can do this anymore," Nicky admitted to his dad.
Caleb ordered his son to cut off boyfriend Ally at least until after the wedding, even though Nicky had confessed to being in love.
"We can't afford any risks. You marry Gabby, we get what we're here for," Caleb demanded. "After that, you can do whatever you want with my blessing."
Later, Nicky confronted his dad by insisting once he'd hacked into Kim's computer, there would be no need for the sham marriage.
"I don't care about the money, and now that you see the truth about me, I don't see why I have to marry Gabby," Nicky argued.

Caleb then turned threatening, reminding Nicky that his mum would be thrown out onto the street because of their tremendous debt unless this plan went off without a hitch.
"You are not going to throw this all away because of some lad," Caleb warned. "My son… does what I tell him, no questions asked."
He then threatened Nicky: "You mess this up, family or not, I'll destroy you!"
