Kim Tate has broken down over Zak Dingle's death in Emmerdale.
Tuesday's episode (October 15) saw the sad news of Zak's passing filter through the village, with the announcement impacting the Dingles, their friends, and enemies in unexpected ways.
Kim Tate has notoriously had a complex relationship with the Dingles — she's had a long-running feud with Cain while also sharing a close friendship with Lydia.
However, even Kim was impacted once she learned that the Dingle family's patriarch had died. The sad development was enough to even momentarily end her feud with her estranged husband Will Taylor.

Will approached Kim to speak about their divorce at Home Farm, yet he found her deeply shaken. Kim revealed Lydia had just called with some tragic news.
"Zak's gone, he passed away this morning," a tearful Kim announced.
As Kim broke down, Will took her into his arms to comfort her. The soap later cut back to them, with Kim reflecting on some of Zak's wisdom.
"Zak knew exactly what was important in life. Family, they came first and they came last," she recalled. "He put family above anything."
Kim explained how Zak was renowned for always being able to "get whatever he wanted", no matter if it was "legal or illegal".
"I admired him for that," she added.
