The Emmy Awards 2020: 10 best dressed

It was a unique evening to say the least. With an almost entirely virtual ceremony – which saw just a few stars in attendance at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles and others being filmed at home – the 2020 Emmy Awards was like no other Hollywood ceremony that we have ever seen. And, although it was met with some unavoidable technical problems and awkward moments, one way in which the show certainly did not disappoint was with the fashion.

In a celebrity world somewhat starved of glamour for the past six months, thanks to a global pandemic, the stars used this as an opportunity to treat the world to some excellent fashion and beauty moments. From Jennifer Aniston's vintage simplicity and Zendaya's colourful entrance to Kerry Washington's leopard-pint moment and Laura Linney's political statement, here were our favourite 10 looks of the night.
