We hope you're prepared for some emotional scenes in EastEnders, as Ronnie and Roxy's funeral is just a day away.

The BBC has released a trailer showing Jack Branning talking to his children - Amy and Ricky - about the funeral and it really is heartbreaking.

He tries to make it less frightening for them by saying they'll be going to the church where they performed in their harvest festival, but even he gets emotional.

"So, we're going to get in a big, black car and we're going to go to the church where you did your harvest festival.

"We're going to sing songs."

Amy asks if it's for mummy and he tells her it'll be for their aunty Ronnie as well.

"If you feel sad or scared in any way, you just hold my hand. Because I'm never going to leave you, either of you."

He then grabs them both in a tight hug, which it looks like we'll all need after watching this episode.

The Mitchell sisters lost their lives in a grisly swimming pool incident during the BBC soap's hour-long episode on New Year's Day, leaving viewers - and even the actresses themselves - devastated.

On the day of the funeral, there's set to be plenty of drama with a few people struggling to keep their feelings to themselves. Will the Mitchell sisters get the send-off they deserve?

EastEnders continues tomorrow at 8pm and 9pm on BBC One.
