A dramatic comeback win saw England take a 1-0 lead in their three-Test series against Pakistan.

The hosts were up against it after being bowled out for just 219 in the first innings, with the visitors handed a 107 lead after previously batting to 326.

And although England clawed it back as they bowled Pakistan out for just 169, they found themselves 117 for 5, seemingly down and out with 160 runs to add yet.

An inspired pair of Innings from Jos Buttler (75) and Chris Woakes (84*) saw England clinch the opener by three wickets, however.

After a topsy-turvy Test, England will face Pakistan at the Ageas Bowl for the second Test starting on Thursday, August 13.
