England have their final Euro 2020 warm-up run-out on Sunday as they welcome Romania to the Riverside Stadium.
A slightly unconvincing 1-0 win over Austria on Wednesday was marred by an injury to Trent Alexander-Arnold, reminding Gareth Southgate of the very real risk to his squad with a week until the Three Lions’ first game of the tournament.
Nevertheless, Southgate is expected to go with more experience in his team selection, with one eye on Croatia.
Date, kick-off time and venue
England vs Romania is scheduled for a 5pm BST kick-off on Sunday, June 6, 2021.
The match will be held at Riverside Stadium in Middlesbrough.

England vs Romania prediction
The Three Lions have a poor record against Romania, though haven’t faced each other in 21 years. I expect their luck to change on Sunday as Gareth Southgate calls upon more of his tournament regulars.
Romania are poor at the back, leaving Harry Kane and the like licking their lips.
England to win 2-0.
