Essex's stunning Christmas market 'bigger than ever' with free mulled wine and gorgeous decorations

Many garden centres are offering Christmas markets within them this year, so that you can do some festive shopping while looking at your regular garden centre offerings. One in Earl's Colne is doing just that - with plenty of lovely stalls and different food and drinks to try out!

Olivers Plants in Earles Colne is opening its Christmas market tomorrow (November 16) and it is set to be their biggest yet. There will be plenty of seasonal gifts, treats and festive cheer.

From November 23, the centre will also be selling its freshly grown Christmas trees. There are lots of stalls with festive offerings, and lovely decorations and lights to get into the Christmas spirit.

One big offering is that Olivers Plants will be serving up free mulled wine, coffee, tea and hot chocolate throughout this weekend. There will also be wine sampling available this weekend, with Peter Watts Wines.

In addition to this, there will be face painting on Sunday November 17, so the kids can be entertained, too! The Cheese and Pie man will also be present, serving his treats all day tomorrow.
