An estate agency boss at property website Your Move offered to perform a sex act on a male worker if he reached his target, a tribunal has heard.

Sarah Thompson allegedly made the crude remarks to colleague Paul Elworthy, who is suing for sexual harassment and constructive dismissal, during a Christmas lunch in 2013.

She allegedly told Mr Elworthy: ‘If you bank £180,000 I’ll give you a b*** job.’

Mr Elworthy, 45, a senior consultant, claims that the comments made him feel very uncomfortable.

He told a tribunal in Croydon, south London: ‘This was said in the presence of a number of people. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I did not report it as she was my line manager. I would not get a fair hearing.’

Mr Thompson also alleges that he was bullied out of the organisation and that staff were told they had to clean toilets.

He added: ‘I found this offensive as I had taken professional exams.I did not take them to clean toilets.’

Ms Thompson, who works at the company’s regional base in Chessington, has strenuously denied making the remarks.

She said: ‘Do you really think I would ever say that? He might have wanted me to.’

The tribunal hearing continues.
