Ethiopia declares ceasefire as rebels advance in Mekele

In tonight's edition: Ethiopia’s government declares an immediate, unilateral ceasefire in its Tigray region after nearly eight months of conflict as Tigrayan forces occupy the regional capital of Mekele.
