European Union foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini was met with anti-EU and pro-Russia chants by Serbian nationalists as she was addressing the parliament in Belgrade on March 3.

Mogherini carried on with her 20-minute speech despite disruptions, as several MPs held placards reading, “Serbia doesn’t trust Brussels,” and attempted to shout her down with chants of “Serbia, Russia, we do not need the European Union.” Credit: Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty via Storyful
