Imagine winning a life-changing sum of money and not collecting it that same day. Well, someone in South London has done that very thing.

A EuroMillions ticket worth £1m has gone unclaimed in the Lambeth area for nearly three months. Someone with the numbers MMVJ92833 should have been in for a big pay day after entering the draw on September 3 but the recipient has remained a mystery.

Time is rapidly running out to make themselves known as there is a 180-day deadline. This means they have until March 3, 2025 before the money is gone forever.

Last month, a EuroMillions player in Wales lost out on £1m after purchasing a ticket on April 16 and snoozing on the 6-month limit. The outstanding prize and interest accrued was instead funnelled into National Lottery projects across the UK instead.

Sadly, it could be the case that the ticket was lost or stolen, in which case they had 30 days to speak up. The Lotto Set for Life prize from October 21 remains unclaimed as well.

This prize is £10,000 every month for 1 year and the numbers are eight, 15, 19, 32, 38 and Life Ball 9. The lucky Brit, who bought the ticket in Barnet has until April 19 to come forward.

If you think you’ve won either of these prizes, call the National Lottery on 0333 234 50 50. Further information on how to claim prizes is available on the National Lottery website.
