They may have flopped at Eurovision, but Joe and Jake are reportedly in the running for TV presenting roles.
BBC bosses are said to have been so impressed with their performances and jokey nature they see the pair as potential new Ant and Dec material.
Joe and Jake, below, who first met while competing on The Voice last year, came 24th at the singing competition on Saturday with You’re Not Alone.
Joe Woolford and Jake Shakeshaft told The Sun they were devastated with their score but still think it was a great career launch.
Shakeshaft said: “We’re obviously gutted about the result, but very proud at the same time.
“The experience of performing in front of 200 million viewers has been fantastic and we want to kick on from here.”
The pair, beaten by Ukraine’s Jamala at Eurovision, above, are said to have spoken to presenters Dick and Dom who started out on the BBC about taking up hosting work.
But the pair say they will be in the studio this week to finish an album, quickly launch a second single befre gigs in Europe.
Woolford told The Sun: “We’ve recorded seven songs and want to strike while the iron is hot. “Music comes first, but TV work is something we’re interested in.”
