Evacuation Orders Issued as Flash Floods Hit Central California
Evacuation orders were in place for parts of Tulare County, California, as flash flooding hit the region on March 10.

The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office issued evacuation orders for Three Rivers, urging locals to avoid traveling through flooded roadways.
