Evacuation Orders Issued as Flash Floods Hit Central California

Evacuation orders were in place for parts of Tulare County, California, as flash flooding hit the region on March 10.

This footage, released by Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park, shows flooded fields lapping up against roads in Three Rivers, California.

The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office issued evacuation orders for Three Rivers, urging locals to avoid traveling through flooded roadways.
