Smoke and flames from the Davis Fire burning near Reno, Nevada, could be seen from Saddlehorn on Sunday, September 8, as the area was placed under an evacuation order.

Footage recorded by Chris Hempel shows the fire from his home.

Saddlehorn was among communities placed under an evacuation order on Sunday.
