Evacuations Ordered as Flooding Impacts Northwestern Washington

City officials ordered businesses and residents to evacuate parts of Mount Vernon, Washington, on Tuesday, November 16, as a precaution due to heavy flooding.

Footage filmed by Twitter user @SorcerusSupreme, who said it was filmed on Main Street in Ferndale, located about 29 miles north of Mount Vernon, shows floodwaters submerging the road.
