If you’ve been looking for your next Gary Barlow fix after the end of Let it Shine on the BBC, you’re in luck.

Take That are heading to ITV for a one-off TV special, simply titled An Evening with Take That.

While details about the show are tightly under wraps, here are a few things we know to expect.

New songs and old hits

It’s just a few weeks since Take That released their latest album Wonderland – so expect to hear plenty of material, including recent single Giants.

Don’t worry though – the old hits will be wheeled out too.

“A Take That special would not be the same without a few classics also thrown into the mix,” the band said.

Special staging

Take That don’t do things by halves in their live shows – remember the giant robot man from the Progress tour, or the huge elephant on the Progress tour?

There probably won’t be anything on that scale here, but ITV are promising “an exciting new set especially designed and routines exclusively produced for this one off TV special”.

Fancy dress

The audience in the show consists of Take That fans who have reportedly travelled from across Europe to be there.

They were told to create their own costumes to don for the filming, so expect to keep half an eye on the crowd and see who put the most effort in.

It’s likely most will have followed the gaudy psychedelic style of the Wonderland album art – but bonus points to anyone who makes their own version of the leather-and-studs look of the hilarious 1992 Do What You Like video.
