Time is running out to enter the Evening Standard Art Prize, which closes next weekend.

The prize, in association with Hiscox, will be awarded to one artwork created under the brief of "progress". The winner will received £10,000, a year’s Hiscox Fine Art Insurance and a lifetime National Art Pass.

Find full details of how enter via email here. No more entries will be accepted after midnight on Sunday September 30.

The artwork must be an original piece, no bigger than 841 x 1,189 mm, which can be displayed on a wall or easel. Should you be selected for the longlist, entries will need to be sent in for judging by October 15.

Artist Chantal Joffe is on the judging panel alongside writer Olivia Laing. Laing said: “I’m very excited to be judging the ES Art Prize and to see the variety of work inspired by the brilliant theme. In a tricky climate for emerging artists, prizes like this make the art of the future possible.”

The winner will be announced at an event at the National Gallery on November 1.
