Everton vs Crystal Palace
Premier League 2018/19
Venue: Goodison Park
Date: Sunday, 21 October
Kick-off: 4pm BST

Crystal Palace are looking to avoid three Premier League defeats on the bounce when they travel to Everton on Sunday.

Selhurst Park has not been a happy hunting ground for Roy Hodgson’s side where they are still to score a single goal this season. Wins on the road against Fulham and Huddersfield however offer hope for the trip to Merseyside.

Everton have dropped points at Goodison Park against West Ham and Huddersfield this term.

Seamus Coleman is also in line to return having recovered from an ankle injury while James McCarthy is also edging closer after featuring for the Under-23 side this week having recovered from a double leg break.

Christian Benteke is unavailable having undergone knee surgery, although the club expect to have him back in training “very soon.”

Forgotten man Connor Wickham could be in contention to fill the void up front having made his return in a friendly against Dulwich Hamlet during the international break. The striker has not played a competitive game for the club since November 2016.
