Everything you need to know about ITV's newest drama Maryland staring Suranne Jones

ITV's newest drama tells the story of sisters Becca and Rosaline who live worlds apart in Manchester and London.

However, the pair rekindle after receiving the 'worst news imaginable' about their mother Mary.

The sisters are forced to fly to the Isle of Man after discovering their mother had been living there unbeknownst to them.

Becca and Rosaline soon learn of long-held family secrets that unravel the home and make them rethink the women they knew.

As the family are left confined on the island, they are forced to face their mother's decisions as they learn to love and respect each other.

The cast is stacked with Surrane Jones best known for her role in Gentleman Jack, Doctor Foster and Vigil.

Whilst Eve Best has starred in awarded winning shows, House of the Dragon, Nurse Jackie and Stan Lee's Lucky Man.

How to watch ITV's Maryland

The new ITV drama will air on ITV1 and ITVX starting on Monday, May 22 at 9pm until 10pm.

The show will have a total of three episodes airing at the same time across three consecutive nights.
