Everything you need to know as Orange Pip returns to Middlesbrough for late summer extravaganza
Middlesbrough’s renowned Orange Pip Market is back this Saturday, August 31, for a feast of tasty food, drink and entertainment.
Fans of artisan produce and live music are guaranteed a day to remember as the popular event returns to Baker/Bedford Street at the weekend. Some of the best Teesside makers, bakers and cocktail shakers will be on hand as the crowds enjoy an array of stalls and sup a pint or two in the streets’ micropubs.
Live music from the region’s up and coming acts and family-friendly activities will ensure it’s a memorable day out for the whole family. Alongside returning firm favourites, visitors to Saturday’s Pip can look forward to trying tasty morsels from a clutch of newcomers:

Crepe Expectations - sweet and savoury crepes

Orange Pip Markets have welcomed Perco Foods - one of the UK’s leading food importers and distributors – as headline sponsor for the 2024 season.
Cllr Philippa Storey, Middlesbrough ’s Deputy Mayor and Executive member for Culture, said: “Orange Pip Market is rightly established as one of the highlights of Middlesbrough’s social calendar and one of the best events of its kind in the region.
“It’s a true showcase of the fantastic food, drink and entertainment we have right on our doorstep, and it gives a real boost to the town centre.

An end of season Orange Pip party, to coincide with Teesside’s Pride event and Middlesbrough Art Week, will take place on Centre Square on Saturday, September 28.
