Yahoo News Ex-TOWIE star Mark Wright leaves US TV presenting job
Former The Only Way is Essex star Mark Wright has revealed that he has left his job presenting in the US to move back to the UK.
Mark moved across the pond to present the celebrity entertainment news show Extra in 2017, but is now planning to spend more time with is wife and Michelle Keegan and his family,
"I'm no longer living in LA," Mark told The Sun. "I was there for nearly two years and had the most amazing time. It just feels like the right time to come back to the UK and live here with my wife and family.
"I’ll always be grateful to the show Extra for the amazing opportunity they gave me. I loved my time at Extra and I love my bosses, who I’ve left on great terms with, so I look forward to working with them more in the future."
Last year, meanwhile, Mark revealed what "the pinnacle" of his career had been so far, unexpectedly admitting that hosting This Morning was the highlight.
"I had some tears in the dressing room when I came off," he admitted of being a guest host last August. "I almost cried again just then".

"This Morning is huge, there's nowhere to hide and you have to give it your all," he added.
As for his dream job, that would be fronting a Saturday night show, the presenter saying: "I would love to host a big, Saturday night TV show. But it needs to be the perfect show and at the right time."
