The exact date for the new Gail's bakery to open in Essex has been confirmed for next week. The bakery chain Gail's are looking to expand in Essex by opening a new site in Chelmsford in a former jewellery store. The chain has dozens of stores across London but just three branches in Essex in Billericay, Brentwood and Epping. They are now expanding north in the county with planning applications for new signage previously submitted to Chelmsford City Council.
