Yahoo News Exclusive: Hollyoaks star Jamie Lomas confirms new fling storyline for Warren Fox
Hollyoaks star Jamie Lomas has confirmed a romantic storyline for his character Warren Fox.
The ITV soap is set to explore Warren's past in a long-running story this year, and it looks like the character will get to enjoy a bit of a fling in the process.
Speaking exclusively to Digital Spy, Lomas revealed there will be a love interest for Warren in upcoming scenes, although he doesn't yet know who it will be.
"I've already started back and Warren is having a fling with someone," he said. "I'm not sure I'm allowed to say who it is! That was fun. The writers are just deciding who to put me with, I think. We'll see."
Asked if he thinks Warren still has feelings for Sienna Blake, despite their rocky past, Lomas said: "Yeah, I think he'll always have feelings for her. They've got two kids together and they shared a big part of their lives together.
"You can't not feel strongly for someone when it's like that – and time is a good healer. He's been away for two years, and although he's done what he's done, he's done it because he thought it was right."

He added: "Time will tell. I don't know whether there'll be any romance between them, but wherever they share scenes together, you can see that they are fond of each other.
"I don't think that will ever go – it's the same in any relationship. If you spend part of your life on a journey together, you'll always have that bond."
Hollyoaks airs Mondays through Fridays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first-look episodes airing on E4 at 7pm.
